Installationsanweisungen
Connect Zendesk to a bot using the e-bot7 console.
It takes only a few minutes to connect Zendesk with your bot using the e-bot7 console.
Log into your Zendesk account and open your Settings in the left menu. Go on Account and click the Add API client button under API & SDKs.
Enter Client Name, Company and Redirect URLs.
Client Name: Zendesk integration client
Company: e-bot7
Redirect URLs: https://console.e-bot7.de
Click Create API client. You will see a popup with the Client ID and Client Secret. You will need these values later to enter them on the e-bot7 page.
Now open the e-bot7 console (https://console.e-bot7.de/) in a new tab. Click on the respective bot under My Bots then go to Connect Bot and click on the Zendesk button.
Enter the values for the Zendesk Client ID and the Zendesk Client Secret that you have just created on the Zendesk homepage. Additionally, you need to enter the Zendesk Subdomain that is part of the URL. You can find it at the top of your browser.
Click on Establish connection.
A new popup will open. Click Allow to connect your bot to Zendesk. Now you're ready to create conversations in Zendesk and send/receive messages.
The Answer Candidate Plugin will not appear in the Zendesk Agent Workspace. To disable the Agent Workspace, go to Zendesk Support > Admin > Agents, and uncheck the checkbox.
