The solution is available in multiple languages and fully integrated with the Speech Analytics platform, in order to monitor the performance of the Virtual Assistant and extract relevant information for improving the bot accuracy.

Installationsanweisungen

Spitch typically provides the solution as a Managed Service running on any Cloud infrastructure (although on-premise installation is also available). In order to start using Spitch's Virtual Assistant solution, please, do the following:

  1. Send an email to our Sales rep (info@spitch.ai) asking for access to our Sandbox.

  2. Use the URL and credentials provided by Spitch, in order to access the Dialog Composer interface.

  3. Design your own workflow using the Low-Code No-Code approach in the Drag&Drop interface. You can use some existing Modules in your account to speed-up the design process.

  4. Integrate the Python code in the 'Code' nodes in order to connect to your Zendesk account and manage the tickets. You need to set-up your own username and API token to make the requests to your environment.

  5. Make some tests (using the voice & text emulator) to validate the flows and back-end connections to Zendesk.

  6. Open the service to your customers through the voice & text channels (some integration may be required).
