Onoff Business Integration for Zendesk Support

Onoff Business provides professional mobile communication for companies of all sizes without the need for a second device, SIM card, or additional mobile contract. Integrate your Onoff Business account with Zendesk Support to streamline communication and support operations.

  • Automatically create support tickets for calls, voicemails, and SMS messages.
  • Access customer information from Zendesk Support directly on your Onoff Business contact page.
  • Import and export contacts between Zendesk Support and Onoff Business to keep customer data up to date.
  • Update ticket fields, user profiles, and organization records directly through the integration.
  • Create users (contacts) in Zendesk Support when needed for proper ticket association.

Data Access, Use, and Privacy Notice

The Onoff Business integration accesses and processes Zendesk Support ticket, user, and organization data strictly to provide the app's functionality. The integration may access, use, store, and update this data only as required for operations.

We do not use Zendesk data for AI model training or share it with third parties beyond what is necessary to operate the service and as disclosed in our privacy notice. All API data is handled according to industry-standard privacy and security practices and retained only for the minimum time necessary.

Installationsanweisungen

Here is the quick installation process. You will need administrative rights for Zendesk Support.

  • Go to your Onoff Business admin account and find the Integrations tab in the top bar menu.

  • Find Zendesk Support on the dashboard and click it. Ensure you’re logged in to your Zendesk Support admin account before you start the installation.

  • Go to your Zendesk Support account and copy the 'Subdomain' link. You can copy the link from the website URL. Put the link in the Subdomain field and click the 'Integrate' button under the Zendesk Support logo.

  • Grant the permissions to Onoff to be able to sync with your Zendesk Support account.

  • You will be redirected back to the Onoff Business admin account on the Zendesk Support integration page, where you can select the numbers you wish to integrate.
