An agent receives a ticket automatically translated from the customer's language to the native agent’s language.Agent responds via Internal Note in the native language using #translate keyword. This reply is sent to the Translate.com system and distributed among translators.There is no need to switch between tabs and translate the client's request. Installationsanweisungen

To start using the Translate.com Zendesk app, follow a few steps:

  • Step 1. Authorize at the Zendesk Portal.

  • Step 2. Navigate to the Zendesk Marketplace and search for the Translate plugin.

  • Step 3. Install the plugin and refresh the app by clicking the icon in the upper right.

  • Step 4. Log in to your personal account or create a new one at Translate.com.

  • Step 5. Set the source language of your tickets.

  • Step 6. Now your account is ready to use. Mark the incoming tickets for translation.
