Installationsanweisungen
Follow the instructions to install the app:
Log in to your Acefone account with your login details.
Click on the Services tab from the left navigation pane.
Choose Integrations from the sub-menu.
Enable the Zendesk CRM integration by toggling the switch.
Once enabled, it appears in the Integrated Applications section along with other enabled applications. Click on the Instruction button.
It opens up a new window displaying instructions to enable the integration. Click Enable button.
This opens up a dialogue box. Choose the user from the dropdown menu under Select User for Integration:.
Now, install the Acefone VoIP Telephony application from the Zendesk marketplace.
Now, launch the app and click on the Sign In button. Log in via the Acefone account for which the integration is enabled.
Congratulations! You have successfully integrated Zendesk CRM with Acefone.
