How It Works
Using Select Email Address in Zendesk is easy - here's how it works:
+ Click on "Add a Ticket" & write your message.
+ Search the support address associated with your ticket in the right sidebar (like macro search).
+ The default address will update in real time based on the assignee's group
+ You are able to add specific tags to support addresses, so they automatically go in the right view.
+ Click on Submit as "Pending" or "Solved".
Data Handling
We do not transmit or store any of your customers' data externally, which ensures you stay fully GDPR, HIPAA, ISO 27001, SSO 2 Type I, 2FA, RBAC and encrypted data processing compliant.
The app may transmit TLS 1.3 encrypted, non-personalized security relevant errors to our own servers allowing us to take proactive measures to ensure continuous updates for security and usability.

Simply click Install (on the top right of the Zendesk app store page of this app).
Optionally, go to the app settings to configure whether you want to automatically apply tags for specific email addresses, restrict emails by agent or ticket groups or disallow specific senders.
