About this app

This is a plug-in for aggregating e-commerce platform data. It allows customer service to directly view order information related to the current work order while processing the work order.

We plan to integrate multiple platforms and allow customers to bind multiple stores to the plug-in, so as to realize cross-store and cross-platform order information processing.

We plan to gradually enable customer service to view the platform, products, discounts, logistics and other information corresponding to the order in subsequent versions, and also allow customer service to perform operations such as issuing coupons and agreeing to refunds. In addition, we can also access the in-site messages of these platforms and convert these messages into work orders.

Data Privacy & Security:We take data privacy and security seriously. This application:- Only accesses ticket data (subject, comments, custom fields, and requester information) necessary to retrieve and display order information from connected e-commerce platforms (Amazon, eBay, Shopify)- Transmits data securely using HTTPS encryption and Bearer token authentication- Does not store Zendesk ticket data on our servers; we only use it to query corresponding order information from your connected e-commerce stores- Stores only your authentication token and linked store credentials on our secure servers to facilitate order data retrieval- Does not share your data with any third parties- Implements industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission, secure token storage, and access controls- Complies with applicable data protection regulations

Installationsanweisungen

Follow these steps to set up the integration:

  1. Click Install in the Zendesk Marketplace to add the app to your instance.

  2. You need to fill in the token when installing. You can register and log in at https://jmi.jinmuinfo.com/login to get the token.

  3. After logging in at https://jmi.jinmuinfo.com/login, click ‘个人中心’ in the sidebar.

  4. After entering the personal center, click the ‘获取token’ button to get the token value.

  5. When installing the plug-in, fill in the token you got, and then click Install.
