SyncHub connects your Zendesk account to Power BI, Tableau, Excel, G-Sheets or your favourite reporting tool, allowing you to build custom reports or integrate with your existing BI dashbords.

How it works

SyncHub works by querying the Zendesk API for changes to your data, then incrementally storing those changes in a reporting database. We supply you with your own dedicated cloud-hosted database, allowing for one-click install, or you can provide your own database and we'll store the data there - we support Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, Postgres and SQL Server/Azure.

Installationsanweisungen

Visit our site for a free trial, and follow the setup wizard to connect to Zendesk. The whole process takes just a couple of minutes:

  1. Sign up for a free trial (no credit card required)

  2. Follow the prompts to connect to Zendesk, using their secure OAuth2 protocol
  3. If you're using our free provided database, we'll provide you with database credentials that you can use to connect to your data using the standard Database Connector of your favourite reporting tool
