Installationsanweisungen
In order to start using Shelf Answer Assist and provide your customers with fast and precise answers to their questions, you need to install the Shelf App. To do so, perform the below steps:
After logging into your Zendesk account, accessing the Zendesk Marketplace, finding the Shelf App and visiting the page you see now, click the Install button.
Follow the prompts you see on your screen.
Wait for the installation process to complete. The respective notification will be displayed and the Install button will change to the Installed label.
Now go to Zendesk’s Admin Center > Apps and integrations > My Apps and find the newly installed Shelf App there.
Click the Shelf App card to open the App page.
In the Configuration ID field enter the Answer Assist Configuration ID (you can find it when you open the needed Answer Assist configuration in the Answer Assist Configurator of your Shelf instance’s Admin Panel).
Click the Update button to finish the setup.
Once the above steps are completed, you have successfully installed the Shelf App and performed its initial setup. Further configuration of the Zendesk Shelf App is described in the Shelf Integrations with Zendesk: Installation and Configuration Guide document.
