LogRocket's Zendesk integration leverages Galileo AI to watch user sessions any time a user submits a Zendesk ticket and summarizes the key moments, providing the information you need to enter a conversation with full context. All moments link to session replays, allowing you to validate user actions and understand the underlying technical context that contributed to that behavior.

The LogRocket integration allows you to:

Installationsanweisungen

In your LogRocket account, go to Settings → Integrations → scroll to Customer Support. Then click on the Zendesk integration button. You will be asked for your Zendesk subdomain, then you will be redirected to Zendesk to authenticate and authorize LogRocket. After that you can click that button again to change settings.
