- Basic Mode: We provide an overview of the open ticket, allowing agents to quickly understand the subject of the request.
- Advanced Mode: This mode offers complete control over the selection of comments within the ticket. Agents can choose to use all comments or specific ones, providing a more detailed context. With the advanced version of ChatGPT Assistant, the following actions are possible:
1️⃣ Summarize the ticket: Agents can extract a concise summary of the selected ticket's content. 2️⃣ Suggest a ready-made response to the agent for the customer: Based on the ticket's context, ChatGPT can suggest predefined and suitable responses for the customer.
3️⃣ Check the sentiment: The AI can analyze the sentiment of selected comments, providing information about the emotional tone.
4️⃣ Text-based commands to ChatGPT: Agents can communicate with ChatGPT through free text, guiding it to obtain specific responses or perform certain actions.

- The comments widget is always present in both modes. It provides the following features:
1️⃣ Sentiment check of the comment: Analyzes and displays the sentiment associated with comment.
2️⃣ Summarize comment: Summarizes the comment for quick understanding.
3️⃣ Spelling check of the comment: Detects and corrects any spelling errors.
4️⃣ Rephrase comment: Reformulate the comment making sure to maintain an appropriate tone.

Installationsanweisungen
To install the ChatGPT Assistant app, follow these steps:
Obtain your OpenAI API key by visiting platform.openai.com.
In the installation wizard, provide your OpenAI API key when prompted.
- Choose the desired mode, either advanced or basic.
Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation.
Once the installation is complete, the app will be available in your Zendesk Support dashboard.
