Resolved issue: Profile pictures are now displayed correctly in the pop-up modal when initiating a new conversation with another agent.

Installationsanweisungen

The download process will take less than 2 minutes:

  1. Click Install on the Agent Chat page on Zendesk Marketplace.
  2. Sign into your Zendesk account to finalize your app installation.

  3. Once the app is installed, you can access Agent Chat on the left menu bar in your Zendesk environment.

  4. Enjoy your onboarding and start communicating!
