Installationsanweisungen

Setting up the integration with Summatti requires the following steps:

  1. Create an API token for the Summatti application as per instructions found here

  2. Email Summatti at info@summatti.com with the API token created in step #1 and the URL of your Zendesk instance (e.g. https://instance.zendesk.com/, where instance would be a unique value for your Zendesk instance).

  3. Please contact us for assistance with setup and we would be happy to get you started
