You must have administrator permissions in both Sutherland Intella and Zendesk Support to set up the integration. We recommend creating a dedicated user for the integration in Zendesk Support. To integrate Zendesk into Sutherland Intella, follow the below steps:
Login to Sutherland Intella and open the admin panel.
Navigate to 'Connections' and Click on 'Add New Connection'.
Select the option 'Zendesk', enter the subdomain name in Zendesk and click on 'Authorize'.
Login to your Zendesk Account and authorize to allow Sutherland Intella to import data.
