Installationsanweisungen
Contact your Digimind account manager to subscribe to our Zendesk connector option. You will also need to have a Zendesk subscription.Installing the Connector
To connect Zendesk and Digimind, click on the menu button on the top left corner of your Digimind Social platform and select "Connectors."
This will take you to a page showing all the connectors. Click on "Add a connector."
Click on Zendesk to start connecting.
Complete the form with your Zendesk login, Zendesk subdomain, Token, and Twitter Profile for this Zendesk.
Then click on "Save" and you will see the connector has been added.Sending mentions to ZendeskNow you can start sending mentions over to Zendesk so that your Zendesk support team can start helping your clients with their questions and difficulties.Using the filters inside Digimind Social you can quickly identify the tweets that need to be treated.
When you find an interesting mention, hover over it to reveal the actions. Click on "Add to" and then select the Zendesk connector.
A lightbox will display a confirmation message. If the mention was sent, you will see a success message.
The new ticket will appear in your Zendesk environment, ready to be treated by your Zendesk help and support team.
