Integrating Ringover with Zendesk Support makes it easy for teams to delight their customers by offering them excellent voice and messaging support.

Available with the entire Zendesk Suite plan, enterprises can launch a support contact centre in just five minutes. Access landline and mobile numbers from 60+ destinations and call up to 110 destinations worldwide using any internet-connected device.

Overview:

Once integrated, the Ringover dialer will appear directly in the Zendesk Support workspace. Agents can easily chat with customers over the phone or via text messaging using their Ringover phone number. All interactions via phone, SMS and WhatsApp are automatically synced into tickets within Zendesk Support. Users connected to Empower by Ringover (add-on), can also enrich tickets with AI-generated conversation summaries, transcripts, and insights.

Installationsanweisungen

Before you begin:- Only Ringover customers using the Power plan can set up the integration. Sign up for a free Power account here.- The integration can be configured only by users having admin rights in both Ringover and Zendesk Support.- All agents must use identical email addresses in both Ringover and Zendesk Support for the integration to work.

Installation steps:1. Sign in as an administrator to your Zendesk account, then click the Admin label in the navigation bar.1. In the App directory, select Browse, then locate the Ringover app and click on it.1. In the Ringover app page, click Install App in the upper-right corner.1. Refresh your Zendesk login session. The Ringover app icon will appear in the top right-hand corner.1. Click on the Ringover icon to open the Ringover login page.1. Enter your Ringover login and password, and you’re all set.1. The integration will be automatically configured for the rest of your team, provided that they use the same login email address for both Ringover and Zendesk Support.

Add new users to the integration1. Create a new user account from the Ringover dashboard here.1. New users will see the Ringover app icon in the top right-hand corner of their Zendesk account. They can now use Ringover from their Zendesk Support workspace!
