Installation Instructions
Install the app from the Zendesk Marketplace. Search for Problem & Incident Manager and click Install.
Open the app from the Zendesk navigation bar. Once installed, the app will appear in your Zendesk Navbar.
(Optional) Configure JIRA integration.
- If your Zendesk already has a JIRA integration, open the Settings section in the app.
- Choose your integration type: Legacy (v1) ** or **New JIRA Integration (v2).
- Enter the required field details (custom field ID or external ID).
- Click Save.
No JIRA integration? No problem. You can still view Problems, their related Incidents, and all incident details without linking to JIRA.
Start using the app. You’re all set — manage problems, track incidents, and instantly spot missing or incorrect JIRA links.
