Installation Instructions

  1. Install the app from the Zendesk Marketplace. Search for Problem & Incident Manager and click Install.

  2. Open the app from the Zendesk navigation bar. Once installed, the app will appear in your Zendesk Navbar.

  3. (Optional) Configure JIRA integration.

    • If your Zendesk already has a JIRA integration, open the Settings section in the app.
    • Choose your integration type: Legacy (v1) ** or **New JIRA Integration (v2).
    • Enter the required field details (custom field ID or external ID).
    • Click Save.
  4. No JIRA integration? No problem. You can still view Problems, their related Incidents, and all incident details without linking to JIRA.

  5. Start using the app. You’re all set — manage problems, track incidents, and instantly spot missing or incorrect JIRA links.
