This app enables Zendesk agents to display configured HTML content securely within the Zendesk interface, reducing context switching and improving workflow efficiency.

Installationsanweisungen

Installation Guide:

  1. Click Install to start the installation process.
  2. You’ll be redirected to your Zendesk Admin Center (ensure you have admin privileges).
  3. In the app settings, add your custom HTML content as required.

  4. Click Install again to complete setup.

Accessing the App:

  1. Go to your Zendesk Agent Workspace.
  2. Open any ticket.

  3. In the sidebar, you’ll see the HTML Embedder panel displaying the configured content.

That’s it! The configured HTML will now appear directly within Zendesk, helping your team access important content without leaving the workspace.
