Installationsanweisungen

Step.1

If you do not already have a Chatbase account, please sign up at Chatbase

Step.2

Go to Dashboard, click on the Chatbot you just created.

Step.3

From the sidebar, click on Deploy > Integrations

Step.4

Click on Connect in the Zendesk Card and connect your Zendesk Subdomain.

Step.5

Click on Manage

Step.6

Install app if not installed already, if installed, set this chatbot as the Zendesk Draft Response Chatbot.

Step.7

Select an Agent that will automatically reply to Zendesk tickets when assigned, you can optionally activate auto-assign so it automatically replies to all new tickets.
