How to Install and Set up Worktual Contact Centre in zendesk :

Requirements :
  • An active Worktual account.

  • An active Zendesk account.

Steps to Set up :
  • Worktual Contact Centre for Zendesk may be found by logging into the Zendesk Marketplace.
  • Click Install and choose the subdomain for Zendesk. It takes you to the Zendesk login screen.
  • Enter your Worktual agent or administrator credentials to use Zendesk support's Worktual call feature.

  • After successfully completed the installatuion process .At the top right portion of the Zendesk workspace is visible to the user when they have logged in.

  • After confirming the Zendesk subdomain and logging in to their Worktual account, users click the Worktual symbol.

  • After it is finished, agents are prepared to answer or place activities from the Zendesk Workspace.
