Installationsanweisungen
To get started with Smart Role:
- On Zendesk:
Install the app via the Zendesk Marketplace,
Go to the admin console > "Apps and integrations" > "Zendesk API", and create a Zendesk API Token Access. Copy it for later. This token will be used in Smart Role.
- On app.smartrole.ai:
Login or create a Smart Role account using the Zendesk authentication,
Create a new Zendesk integration, with your Zendesk subdomain, and the Zendesk API token you copied from the admin console,
And voila ! You can start assigning scenarios to your agents in Smart Role. These training scenarios will be automatically assigned to your agents in Zendesk.
