Installing AI Assistant requires a ChatBotKit account and a dedicated widget.
Account Setup
Visit ChatBotKit to get a ChatBotKit account. You can sign up for a free account with a limited number of tokens per month, or choose from our paid plans for more usage.
Widget Setup
Once you have an account, log in and navigate to Integrations. Create an AI Widget integration and customize it to your preference. For optimal integration with Zendesk, use the Zendesk AI Assistant Theme.
Installation
Obtain the Widget ID from your ChatBotKit account.
Install the app in your Zendesk account.
Enter the Widget ID in the app settings.
Save the settings.
Now, your AI Assistant is ready to use!
