Keep is a AI copilot designed for support agents, helping them quickly find relevant information from your knowledge base and resolve tickets faster.
With one click, Keep analyzes a ticket and generates suggestions like:Draft AnswersPending To-DosSummariesDraft FAQs
Suggestions are rendered in beautiful, easy-to-glance UI components.
Oh, and Keep is fully conversational, so you can ask follow-ups or iterate on content as much as you like.
Keep is powered by your docs, help center, previous tickets, Slack conversations and any other source you connect Inkeep to.

Installation Guide
Pre-requisites
Access to your Inkeep account dashboard: portal.inkeep.com
- Familiarity with Zendesk Marketplace installation process
Installation Steps
Access Zendesk: Log in to your Zendesk account with administrator credentials.
Install the Application: Navigate to the Zendesk Marketplace and search for "Keep AI Copilot for Support". Once you find the app, click the "Install" button to begin the installation process.
Authorize Installation: Review and accept the requested permissions.
Configure the App: Follow the prompts to set up the app, including inputting your Inkeep Support Copilot API key.
Generate API Key:
- Go to the Inkeep Dashboard
- Select your project under Projects
- Navigate to the Integrations tab
- Click on Create integration
- Select Support Copilot
Name it "Zendesk Support Copilot"
- Click on Create
Paste the generated API key in the Zendesk app configuration
Optimize Display: Pin the app to the support sidebar for the best chat experience.
Test the Application:
Open a support ticket in Zendesk
Access the support ticket sidebar application
Verify that the Keep AI Copilot for Support is functioning correctly
